Fresh Water sailing yacht with WALKTHROUGH TRANSOM. Very easy to sail and very stable. With its large elliptical rudder and wing keel, it is extremely responsive and even backs straight! Below deck accommodations include seven berths with a double centerline berth in the aft stateroom, separate shower in the head, a large refrigerator/freezer, and nav station. The interior has a beautiful teak interior and minor amounts of teak above deck for ease of maintenance.

This boat is well equipped with GPS, Radar, Autopilot, separate starting battery, and three house batteries. The vessel has a 135 AMP smart regulator and smart shore power for charging.

Designed as an ocean-going vessel this boat can handle the waters of lake superior and has excellent windward performance.

This C&C has lake water intake in addition to onboard water tanks with separate faucets. In addition to the standard six-gallon water tank, there is an on-demand propane water heater to enable getting hot water without running the engine to wash dishes or shower. You never have to worry about running out of hot water! The on-demand hot water heater is also connected to two cabin heaters.

Key upgrades include a 3 blade Max Prop Reversing Propeller
